We spend up to 90% of our lives inside buildings.
That's why the environment we live in should not only be comfortable but also tailored to our needs – from work and focus to relaxation and rejuvenating sleep.
Manually adjusting the climate can be cumbersome – it requires constant tweaking of settings, and the lack of automation leads to unnecessary energy consumption and higher bills. Often, heating or air conditioning runs at full capacity, even when no one is in the room.
Different settings during the day, different ones at night; varying temperatures for hotel rooms, restaurant halls, or private areas at home.
In hotels, air conditioning and heating only work when the room is occupied. In restaurants, they adjust to the number of guests, and at home, they eliminate unnecessary energy consumption.
Regardless of whether it’s a private bedroom, hotel suite, or restaurant hall, temperature, ventilation, and humidity are always ideal.
Devices communicate with each other, eliminating situations where heating and air conditioning are working simultaneously. When we open a window, the air conditioning can automatically turn off to avoid running in vain.
Have you ever fallen asleep in a room that had the perfect temperature in the evening, only for it to become too warm in the middle of the night? Or perhaps you entered a hotel room where the air conditioning was running at full power, even though there was no one in the room?
That's exactly why intelligent climate control goes beyond simply regulating heating or air conditioning. It’s an ongoing process of adjusting conditions in real-time to ensure they are always perfect – regardless of the time of day, number of people in the room, or external conditions.
Thanks to the Ampio M-SENS sensor, the building analyzes temperature, humidity, air pressure, light levels, CO2, and noise levels in real time. This allows the system to respond to changing conditions. The building "knows" how many people are inside, whether the windows are open, how strong the sunlight is, and even what the outdoor temperature is. This allows the system to anticipate changes and react accordingly.
optimal conditions, without your intervention.
Based on the collected data, the system automatically adjusts settings for heating, air conditioning, and ventilation. If the sun starts heating up the room in the morning, instead of immediately turning on the air conditioning, the system will first close the blinds to limit heat gain. If the system detects an open window in winter, it will temporarily turn off the heating to avoid wasting energy. The system works automatically, but if you want to adjust the temperature according to your preferences, you can always do it manually – via the wall panel or mobile app.
intelligent energy saving.
Did you know that up to 40% of energy in buildings is wasted due to ineffective climate management? Intelligent control eliminates unnecessary consumption – heating or cooling rooms only when truly needed.
In a hotel, the system can automatically lower the temperature in unoccupied rooms and restore optimal conditions just before guests arrive. In a restaurant, it adjusts ventilation power depending on the number of guests, increasing it when the room is full and reducing it when tables remain empty. At home, it ensures that heating or air conditioning doesn't operate in rooms currently not in use, but it will maintain the set temperature. This way, not only do you save energy, but you also don't need to remember to adjust the settings – the building will do it for you.
